What’s New in Coconut:

  • Managers can now manage contact center representatives that are assigned to locations managed by that Manager.

  • Check-in allows clients to notify staff that they have arrived for their appointment. Instructions on how to check-in will be sent to clients before the appointment via SMS. Learn more here.

  • Flex Time allows individual staff to set a preferred duration for a service they provide once enabled by an admin. Learn more here.

  • New Kiosk user role is available to be used with the iOS app for self-serve Check-in or Lobby Management.

  • Staff can now be set to Invite Only. Clients scheduling through the Client View will only be able to book with that staff when using a booking shortcut. Learn more here.

  • The client ID is now included in the client edit window.

  • Various text boxes will have a WYSIWYG editor to support basic formatting of data.


Security Updates:

  • IE 9 and 10 are no longer supported, as we no longer support TLS 1.0 & 1.1. TLS 1.2 and all modern browsers will continue to be supported. You will need to upgrade to IE 11, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox to continue using Coconut.

  • New password management process which requires the old password to be provided before changing passwords. The Forgot Password process will remain the same.
