The following changes will be released on March 18, 2020:

  • New Features

    • Staff can now edit a walk-in (service, notes, and display name) in the Lobby View

    • Staff can move a walk-in back to the lobby from the Staff Dashboard

    • Staff can see another staff’s job title on the Lobby View

    • The clients list now sorts clients alphabetically

    • Client ID can be added to GSuite synced events through a new company setting

    • Added Spanish support to the self-serve Lobby Kiosk

    • “Booked Through” now available on the event modal in the Schedule

    • Brand colour usage adjustments on Modern Client View to ensure Accessibility compliance in more situations

    • Usability Improvements made to Modern Client View such as better scrolling interactions and clearer indication of completed bookings

  • Infrastructure Improvements

    • Privacy enhancements for Google Analytics tracking

    • Email and SMS blacklist updates. We now capture errors from our notification providers (Twilio for SMS and Postmark for emails) and when the error means future notifications will be undeliverable, we blacklist the contact information and no longer attempt to send.

    • Added re-login modal to new pages to redirect users to the login page when their session is expired

    • Improvements to Exchange syncing. Reduced average sync time and added more robust error handling.

    • Performance enhancements when generating availability for Reserve with Google

  • Bug Fixes

    • Fixed issue on Contact Center booking tool where new clients were not automatically being added to the appointment

    • Limiting information that can be edited on an appointment booked through Reserve with Google

    • Fixed issue on client view that was incorrectly indicating a time as unavailable when trying to book

    • Fix an issue where custom reports may not include all events when the appointment is not assigned to a staff member
