Overview

You can sync your Coconut Calendar with your Google Calendar or Outlook.com Calendar.

Two Way Sync will make your Coconut Calendar appointments appear in your external calendar, and your external calendar appointments will appear in your Coconut Calendar. If you have appointments in your external calendar, the times will appear as busy in your Coconut Calendar Client View, so clients won't be able to book an appointment with you when you have an external calendar appointment scheduled.

NOTE: If your company uses Outlook 365 or Microsoft Exchange, two way sync is managed by your account administrator. Outlook.com includes free web-based email/calendar services offered by Microsoft, such as hotmail.com and live.ca.

How to set up Two Way Sync

Each Staff can sync their external calendar with their own Coconut Calendar. Only one external account calendar/email address can be synced per staff member.

  1. Go to My Profile by clicking the Avatar on the top right corner of your Coconut Calendar

  2. click Edit Profile

  4. Select Enable Google or Enable Outlook based on which provider you use.

  5. Follow the redirect and login to your email

  6. Authorize coconutcalendar.com to access your calendar

    • It may take up to 15 minutes for your appointments to appear in your Coconut Calendar and in your external calendar
