Scenario
You want to sync calendar events between Microsoft® Outlook and Coconut, but events into Coconut don’t seem to be syncing.
Solution
This is most often due to a calendar event in Outlook being part of a recurrence without an end date, or the end date is very far in the future (multiple years). As a result, the sync is timing out. To resolve this if your organization has integrated Microsoft® Exchange with Coconut:
In Outlook, navigate to the event that is not syncing
Delete the recurrence
Recreate the recurrence, including an end date
Save the new recurrence
The calendar event should now be included in an upcoming sync.
NOTE: The further into the future an end date is on the recurrence, the longer it can take to sync to Coconut, as there are more events included within the recurrence to sync. Please allow for additional time to pass before confirming whether the issue is resolved.
