Objective
Ensure employees are kept informed of location-specific activity by configuring location notifications.
Steps
From the navigation menu, click Settings
From Notifications, click Locations
If desired, add an Escalation Notification, which will trigger an alert to the location’s contact details if the threshold is exceeded
Select the notification method (Email or Text Messaging)
Enter the time (in minutes) to be used as the escalation threshold
For example, if set to 15 minutes, an escalation notification will be sent to the location if a client has checked in 16 minutes ago and the appointment is not yet in progress
NOTE: If your organization is using Lobby, you can also set an escalation notification for walk-in appointments following the same steps
Toggle on/off whether admins and managers assigned to locations are notified of check-ins and, if Lobby is enabled, new walk-in appointments in the same manner as staff members receive notifications

Admins can configure location notifications from Settings.
