Objective

Transform the customer experience by providing clients with the ability to create walk-in appointments for themselves and join a virtual or in-branch queue using Lobby.

NOTE: Lobby is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to get started.

Steps

  1. Select your desired Service

  2. Enter your first name

  3. Enter your last name

  4. Enter a phone number and/or an email address, where required

    • NOTE: Coconut recommends entering a minimum of one contact method so that notifications can be sent and the walk-in appointment is not missed if momentarily leaving the branch while waiting

  5. Select I want to receive text messages about my appointment if you wish to receive SMS notifications

  6. Enter any notes you want to share related to your appointment in the Notes field

  7. Click Submit

    Join the queue.gif

The walk-in appointment is submitted and you are now in the queue.
