Merge Clients

Objective

Merge duplicate clients to ensure your organization’s customer base remains up-to-date.

Steps

  1. From the navigation menu, click Clients

  2. Click Merge

  3. From the Merge action modal, search for the duplicate client

  4. From the Merge action modal, search for the primary client

  5. Click Copy>>

  6. Confirm the details from the duplicate client have copied to the primary client

  7. Click Save

NOTE:

When adding a new client from the Client View, Schedule View, or Contact Center View, the system will prompt you to use existing records if there is already a matching client record.
