Objective

As a Staff user in Coconut, you want to leverage the Workflows feature from the schedule view, enabling you to review all engagement activity related to a customer/member in one place, and providing a unified in-app experience similar to a lightweight customer relationship management solution.

Manage Workflows from Schedule

From the Schedule view, Staff users can manage Workflows. This includes creating a new Workflow to associate with a new or existing appointment, linking a new or existing appointment to an existing Workflow, and viewing Workflow details from within the selected appointment.

Create a Workflow

To create a Workflow from Schedule:

  1. From the navigation menu, Click Schedule

  2. Select the appointment you want to create a workflow for

  3. Click the edit icon

  4. Click Add to Workflow

  5. Click Create Workflow

  6. Enter the desired Workflow name

  7. Click Save

Add an appointment to a Workflow

To add an appointment to an existing workflow from Schedule:

  1. From the navigation menu, click Schedule

  2. Select the appointment you want to create a workflow for

  3. Click the edit icon

  4. Click Add to Workflow

  5. Select the existing Workflow you wish to add this appointment to

  6. Click Save

View a Workflow from Schedule

To view a Workflow associated with an appointment from Schedule:

  1. From the navigation menu, click Schedule

  2. Select the appointment you want to create a workflow for

  3. Under Workflow, Click the more actions (⋮) icon

  4. Click View Workflow

A note on access and visibility

Staff users can view and manage Workflows from Schedule.
