Objective
As a Staff user in Coconut, you want to leverage the Workflows feature from the schedule view, enabling you to review all engagement activity related to a customer/member in one place, and providing a unified in-app experience similar to a lightweight customer relationship management solution.
Manage Workflows from Schedule
From the Schedule view, Staff users can manage Workflows. This includes creating a new Workflow to associate with a new or existing appointment, linking a new or existing appointment to an existing Workflow, and viewing Workflow details from within the selected appointment.
Create a Workflow
To create a Workflow from Schedule:
From the navigation menu, Click Schedule
Select the appointment you want to create a workflow for
Click the edit icon
Click Add to Workflow
Click Create Workflow
Enter the desired Workflow name
Click Save
Add an appointment to a Workflow
To add an appointment to an existing workflow from Schedule:
From the navigation menu, click Schedule
Select the appointment you want to create a workflow for
Click the edit icon
Click Add to Workflow
Select the existing Workflow you wish to add this appointment to
Click Save
View a Workflow from Schedule
To view a Workflow associated with an appointment from Schedule:
From the navigation menu, click Schedule
Select the appointment you want to create a workflow for
Under Workflow, Click the more actions (⋮) icon
Click View Workflow

Staff users can view and manage Workflows from Schedule.
